TAX NOTICE TOWN OF WARRENSBURG, Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned have duly received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the collection of taxes for the Town of Warrensburg for the year 2023. Beginning January 3, 2023 through March 31st, 2023 Taxes will be collected at the Warrensburg Town Hall, 3797 Main Street, Warrensburg NY, Monday Thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, except holidays. The following options are also available for payment of Taxes, you may use the PAYMENT DROP BOX, closest to the Town Clerk’s entrance (please place bill, payment of check or money order in a sealed envelope, receipt will be returned) or you may pay online @ www.townofwarrensburgny.us. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before the 31st day of January without interest. On all taxes received after such date, there will be an added interest of 1 percent for the month of February and 2 percent for the month of March, after which time the unpaid taxes will be returned to the County Treasurer on the 1st day of April pursuant to the provisions of the law. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, if taxes are unpaid as of March 10, 2023 and a Second Notice of taxes due is processed, an additional charge of $2.00 (two dollars) will be levied and will become a part of the amount due. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that failure to receive a tax notice does not relieve a taxpayer from liability to pay said taxes.
