REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
The Town of Warrensburg is seeking proposals from environmental firms for the testing and assessment of lead-based paint, asbestos, mold, perform residential energy audits, and Tier II environmental checklists for projects including, but not limited to, NYS HCR funded housing rehabilitation and mobile home replacement. The Town is an equal opportunity employer. This is a HUD Section 3 Project with contracting priorities for businesses that hire or are owned by low-income persons. Minority and women-owned businesses and HUD Section 3 businesses and individuals are encouraged to respond. RFP responses are due by MARCH 13, 2024 at 4:00 PM.
