NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2023
ABOLISHING THE CONSTABULARY DEPARTMENT
IN THE TOWN OF WARRENSBURG
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Warrensburg Town Board will hold a public hearing on November 8, 2023 beginning at 7:10 p.m. at the Emerson Memorial Town Hall, 3797 Main Street, Warrensburg, New York, concerning proposed Local Law No.3 of 2023. Local Law No. 3 of 2023 would abolish the Town Constabulary Department.
A copy of proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2023 is on file and available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office, Emerson Memorial Town Hall, 3797 Main Street, Warrensburg, New York, during normal business hours and also on the Town’s website.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the time and place of the Public Hearing all interested persons will be given an opportunity to comment on proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2023.
