PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Warrensburg will be applying for grant funding from the RESTORE NY round 7 program administered by the Empire State Development Corporation. RESTORE NY funds can be used to demolish, deconstruct, rehabilitate and/or reconstruct vacant, abandoned, condemned and surplus properties. A Public Hearing will be held on January 11, 2023 at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall, 3797 Main Street, Warrensburg, NY regarding the application and the Town of Warrensburg properties designated for funding as outlined in the Property Assessment List below:
