NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING
The Warrensburg Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on April 6th at 7:00 pm, at the Emerson Memorial Town Hall to consider the following application:
Application # SPR 2021-1 by Cipriani Energy Group for site plan review regarding property located on Hackensack Mountain, Off Prospect Street, owned by the Town of Warrensburg, Tax Parcel #s 211.-1-3 & 211.13-2-5. The applicant is proposing operation of a community solar farm comprising of 14.5 acres of property.
Persons wishing to view and/or comment on said hearing may do so via Youtube. The link will be provided on the main page of the town’s website, www.warrensburgny.us on or before the hearing date. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be sent to the Zoning Office, 3797 Main St., Warrensburg, NY 12885 prior to the meeting.
