NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE 2021 TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law)
HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Warrensburg, County of Warren, has completed the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL for the current year, and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk’s Office at the Town Hall, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the 4th Tuesday in May. The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative roll on May 6, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., May 12, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., May 13, 2021 from 12 Noon. to 4:00 p.m. and on May 15, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 25th between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, in said town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing him or herself to be aggrieved. A publication containing procedures for contesting an assessment is available on line at the New York State’s website, www.tax.ny.gov.
