NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA

(Pursuant to Section 501 RPTL)

Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory data is available for review.  This is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the tentative assessment roll of the Town of Warrensburg, to be filed on or about May 1st, 2021.  Due to COVID 19, and in the interest of public safety, the information will be reviewed by telephone only.  The Assessor will be available on March 19^th between the hours of 12:30pm to 4:30pm to review said inventory info and may be reached at (518) 623-3300.
