NOTICE OF COMPLETION
OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law)
HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Warrensburg, County of Warren, has completed the TENTITIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL for the current year, and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk’s Office at the Town Hall. The Tentative Assessment Roll may be reviewed at the Town Clerks office during business hours or on-line at: www.warrencountyny.gov/rp
The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative roll on May 7th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., May 8th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on May 14th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and May 17th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 27th between the hours of 4pm-8pm at the Town Hall, in said town, to hear and examine all scheduled / filed complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing him or herself to be aggrieved.
